General Provisions
This Dispute Resolution Policy describes how we resolve disputes that may arise between users and the B2BRICS platform. We strive to resolve any disputes peacefully and effectively.
Dispute Resolution Procedure:
- Pre-notification: If you have a dispute with B2BRICS, you must first notify us of the problem by emailing support@b2brics.pro and give us an opportunity to resolve it.
- Negotiation: Upon receipt of notice, we will attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation within a reasonable time. If the dispute is not resolved, you may initiate dispute resolution proceedings as described below.
- Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the B2BRICS Platform are subject to arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The place of arbitration will be determined in accordance with the laws of the country where the user is registered. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on the parties.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that all disputes will be resolved individually, and you waive the right to participate in class actions where permitted by applicable law.
