1.1. Definitions

• Platform — B2BRICS information system available at b2brics.pro and related services
• User — individual or legal entity using the platform
• Seller — user placing goods and services on the platform
• Buyer — user searching for goods and services
• Content — any information posted by users on the platform
• Partners — accredited third parties providing logistics, payment, legal support services

1.2. Subject of Agreement

B2BRICS provides an information platform for finding business partners, posting offers and organizing communication between international trade participants in BRICS+ countries. The platform is an initiative based on BRICS principles and acts exclusively as an information intermediary.

1.3. Agreement Acceptance

Using the platform means full and unconditional acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, stop using the platform.

2.1. Age Restrictions

Platform use is permitted for persons who have reached 18 years of age, or legal entities through authorized representatives. By registering on the platform, you confirm compliance with this requirement.

2.2. Registration

To use platform functions, you must register by providing accurate information about yourself or your company. Providing false data is grounds for account blocking.

2.3. Verification

Verification is mandatory for posting goods and receiving requests from buyers. Without verification, account functionality is limited to viewing other users' content.

2.4. Account Security

The user bears full responsibility for keeping account login data secure and all actions performed on their behalf. If account is compromised, immediately contact support service.

3.1. Permitted Use

• Searching for business partners in BRICS+ countries
• Posting information about goods and services
• Establishing business contacts through Telegram integration
• Using AI translator to overcome language barriers
• Receiving consultations from accredited partners

3.2. Prohibited Actions

• Posting false, misleading information
• Violating third party intellectual property rights
• Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems
• Spam, mass mailings, intrusive advertising
• Posting content violating legislation
• Creating multiple accounts by one person

4.1. Content Responsibility

Users bear full responsibility for posted content. B2BRICS does not verify information accuracy about goods and services, does not guarantee their quality or compliance with description.

4.2. Moderation

Platform administration reserves the right to moderate content, remove materials violating this agreement without prior notice. Moderation is selective and does not guarantee complete verification of all content.

4.3. Content Rights

By posting content on the platform, user grants B2BRICS non-exclusive license to use it within platform operation, including translation to other languages.

5.1. Telegram Use

Platform is integrated with Telegram messenger for organizing communication between users. Telegram use is governed by Telegram user agreement. B2BRICS is not responsible for Telegram operation and data security in it.

5.2. AI Translator

DeepL service is used for automatic content translation. Translation quality and accuracy are not guaranteed. Users must independently verify translation correctness when concluding deals.

5.3. External Links

Platform may contain links to external resources. B2BRICS does not control such resources' content and is not responsible for information on them.

6.1. Free Services

All platform functions are provided free for buyers. Registration, product search, communication with sellers require no payment.

6.2. Pricing Plans for Sellers and Partners

Sellers can choose pricing plans determining the number of available chats with buyers. Pricing restrictions are indicated in user's personal account.

6.3. Pricing Changes

B2BRICS reserves the right to change pricing plans with 30-day user notification. Active subscriptions maintain conditions until paid period ends.

7.1. B2BRICS Liability Limitation

B2BRICS is an information platform and does not participate in transactions between users. Platform is not responsible for:

• Quality, safety, legality of goods and services
• User obligation fulfillment
• Financial losses from transactions
• User actions or inaction
• External service technical failures

7.2. User Responsibility

Users independently bear responsibility for their platform actions, legislation compliance, information accuracy and obligation fulfillment under concluded deals.

7.3. Damage Compensation

Users undertake to compensate B2BRICS for any damage arising from their violation of this agreement or applicable legislation.

8.1. Accredited Partners

Platform cooperates with accredited partners providing logistics, payment, legal support and dispute resolution services. Partners act independently and are responsible for their service quality.

8.2. Partner Contracts

All service contracts are concluded directly between users and partners. B2BRICS is not party to such contracts and is not responsible for their execution.

8.3. Partner Selection

Users independently choose partners for cooperation. Partner accreditation is not guarantee of service quality.

9.1. Platform Rights

All rights to software, design, trademarks of B2BRICS platform belong to its rightsholders. Using platform elements without permission is prohibited.

9.2. User Rights

Users retain rights to their posted content. Responsibility for third party intellectual property rights compliance lies with users.

9.3. Rights Violations

Upon receiving justified complaints about intellectual property rights violations, B2BRICS may remove disputed content and block violator's account.

10.1. Blocking Grounds

• Violation of this agreement terms
• Providing false registration data
• Fraudulent actions
• Posting prohibited content
• Other user complaints

10.2. Blocking Procedure

Blocking may be temporary or permanent. With temporary blocking, user is notified of reasons and terms. Permanent blocking is applied for serious violations.

10.3. Appeal

User may appeal blocking by contacting support service with circumstance explanation. Appeal decision is made within 10 business days.

11.1. Applicable Law

Disputes between B2BRICS and users are governed by Russian Federation legislation. For international disputes between users from different countries, English law applies.

11.2. Pre-trial Settlement

Before court appeal, parties undertake to attempt pre-trial dispute settlement by sending claim. Claim response period is 30 days.

11.3. Jurisdiction

Disputes involving B2BRICS are considered by Russian Federation courts. Large international disputes between users may be transferred to international commercial arbitration.

12.1. Agreement Changes

B2BRICS reserves the right to change this agreement. Significant changes are communicated to users 30 days before taking effect. Continued platform use means agreement with changes.

12.2. Notifications

Official notifications are sent to users at email specified during registration or through platform notification system.

12.3. Language Versions

This agreement is compiled in Russian. If translations to other languages exist, in case of contradictions, Russian version takes priority. For international disputes, English version is used.
